Vetama Mobile Veterinarian Care and Designed 2 Honor Partner to Bring Mobile Vet Services to the Casa Mira View Community in Mira Mesa

Jacob, the owner of Vetama, a mobile veterinarian reached out to Desiree from Designed 2 Honor to partner with a client of hers, Garden Communities to bring their services to the largest property in their portfolio, Casa Mira View located in Mira Mesa. Desiree and Jacob met to speak about vision, goals of the relationship and the implementation of a marketing plan for market penetration. The success of the first campaign became an ongoing popular offering to residents monthly with new sign ups and returning customers.

Our strategic marketing plan makes implementing it each month more effective. Resident now expect quality service overall from Vetama and Casa Mira View due to timely email communications and community signage.

Services Offered

  • Jacob and I started with an in-depth conversation regarding the vision and mission of Casa Mira View and what they would like to bring to their residents. Jacob shared with Desiree the vision and mission for Vetama and how they could deliver on our objectives by bringing quality and useful residential services to the community. From that point, Desiree and Jacob created a unique strategy on how to reach the community with some marketing tools like emails, signage, and social media advertisement.

  • Once the strategy was set, we implemented a marketing calendar that included a few different marketing tools like email marketing scheduled sends, the creation and posting of signage in elevators and near pet relief stations, and social media sponsored ads.

  • Once the scheduled service dates came, we managed the event operations by ensuring that Vetama had a designated space to park that was highly visible to residents and that event A-frames were placed in high traffic areas. We were also present during the event to welcome residents to the event so that residents knew that the Casa Mira View team was involved and could recognize a familiar face.

  • Once each event has concluded, we create an survey to send out to residents of the community who have attended the event to gain valuable insight on the overall effectiveness of the services rendered by the Vetama team. Questions about where they heard about the event, what services they purchased, whether they were satisfied with the Vetama team, etc. were posed and answered by residents. An extra incentive was given for the chance to win a gift card if they completed the survey within a timely manner. Survey results were then shared and discussed between the Casa Mira View team and Vetama to optimize efforts for the next series of events.
